Full completion of podium slabs and amenities floor has been achieved. The successful execution of the tower core jumping system has enabled the upcoming casting of typical tower slabs, which is already underway. MEP and finishing works are progressing simultaneously with structural activities, ensuring a well-coordinated construction sequence. Key subcontractors for joinery and aluminium works have been onboarded, and engineering efforts are advancing effectively. MAR CASA aims to redefine luxury living by offering exceptional residential units and high-quality amenities.

Current developments in TRIA reveal that the tower structure has reached the roof level, and blockworks have been finalized up till the top floor. Work on the crown steel structure is in progress, and lift cabins have been delivered with installation underway. Furthermore, façade aluminium glazing and cladding, MEP systems, gypsum installation, and finishing works are advancing steadily. The installation of low voltage panels and the delivery of DEWA transformers represent key milestones as we prepare for building energization. TRIA is set to provide opulent residential units and contemporary amenities aimed at enhancing the overall living experience.

Significant advancements have been made in the JANNAT MIDTOWN residential project located in Dubai Production City. The structural works for the towers have been completed, along with the casting of podium slabs and the pedestrian connection bridge with the Midtown project. Significant Progress is also visible in the Roof Steel Structure, MEP systems, tiling, and façade aluminium works, all in line with the established project timeline. The procurement of long lead items, including white goods and MEP equipment, is progressing smoothly as planned, indicating that further substantial developments are expected in the second half of the year.

The comprehensive completion of masonry and tiling works has been achieved. Progress on the roof steel structure and façade aluminium installations is advancing rapidly, while gypsum and joinery works are well underway. The procurement of state-of-the-art gym equipment has been finalized and will be delivered to site shortly.

Facade works, lift installations, and gypsum applications have been substantially completed at AMALIA RESIDENCES. Joinery and finishing works are nearing completion across public spaces, the amenities floor, and residential units. Third-party surveys for title deed registration have commenced, with final authority inspections progressing well and essential approvals already obtained. These developments pave the way for the project handover process to customers, which will be communicated shortly.

Considerable milestones have been achieved in Regalia, our luxury residential tower in the dynamic Business Bay area. As we move towards project completion, external works, including the crown steel structure and façade aluminium installations, are progressing at advanced stages. The delivery of high-end gym equipment has been accomplished, and interior fit-out works for the lobby and amenities floor are proceeding efficiently, reflecting our ambitious vision for this iconic project. Third-party surveys for title deed registration have begun, with final authority inspections planned for Q3 2025.

At ROSALIA RESIDENCES in Al Furjan, blockworks have been entirely completed up to the final floor. MEP and finishing works are actively facilitating gypsum and joinery tasks, while façade aluminium installations have commenced with a structured plan in place. Our objective is to offer high-quality residential units equipped with contemporary amenities for a comfortable living experience.

We are pleased to announce the substantial completion of enabling works, including the complete casting of piles. The construction journey for ELEVE is now set for significant progress, with the main contractor appointed and mobilized to the site following the issuance of the building permit. This advancement lays the groundwork for upcoming superstructure works in the second half of 2025.

In line with previous communications, we are pleased to report the conclusion of the enabling works tender package and the appointment of a contractor for substructure enabling works. The phase permit has been issued, allowing for the facilitation of construction NOCs and site activities, with the tender for main works now in circulation. This important milestone sets the stage for further construction progress in the latter half of 2025.
