Our diverse portfolio features renowned hotels in Dubai like Millennium Al Barsha, Millennium Mont Rose at Dubai Science Park, Millennium Atria at Business Bay, and the upcoming Millennium Tria in Al Furjan, and we are also pioneering joint ventures like The Oberoi Ajman.

With a team of more than 250 employees, our asset management boasts a dynamic portfolio with over 2,500 units, including 900 hospitality rooms, 413+ apartments, 500+ offices, 175+ retail and other assets. Moreover, we manage 866,000 sqft of office space and 105,000 sqft of retail space at the Central Park development at DIFC. In 2023, Millennium Al Barsha is set to achieve 86% occupancy, with 127,500 room nights occupied and a margin of 44%. Millennium Mont Rose is set to achieve 92% occupancy, 66,500 room nights occupied, and a profitability margin of 41%. Similarly, Millennium Atria Business Bay is set to achieve 87% occupancy with 85,600 room nights occupied and a margin of 45%.
