• Jumping formwork of the tower cores is progressing as planned, ahead of slab casting.
• Slab casting of Level 1 has been successfully completed.
• Specialist subcontractor packages, including lifts and aluminium works, have been awarded, with engineering and procurement now underway.
• Basement and podium floors are progressing well, with blockwork, MEP and finishing works ongoing.

Construction activities continue to progress well across Elm, Ember and Neem, with super-structure works advancing steadily on all three plots. In parallel, procurement of specialist pack-ages is well underway, with MEP and conveying systems subcontractors now appointed — facilitating further progress in engineering and construction activities across the development.

The contractor has fully mobilised to site, paving the way for construction works to advance following the successful completion of enabling works. Ivy and Alder will further enrich the Park Five masterplan, adding contemporary residences thoughtfully designed for modern community living.

Rivage continues to advance through its main construction package works, following the successful completion of enabling works and the mobilisation of the Main Contractor.

• Raft steel reinforcement works are progressing steadily.
• Authority NOCs required for slab casting are being proactively addressed and secured as planned.
• Procurement of specialist packages, including façade works, is well underway, with specialist MEP and conveying systems appointments concluded.
