  •  Maintenance services: Our maintenance department carries out necessary maintenance tasks in individual units and common area, ensuring the property remains in good condition. Our team of specialists also provides assistance in renewing service contracts for facilities provided in the building and ensuring smooth functioning of the same
  •  Utility bills payments: On behalf of the property-owner, our Facility Management unit, pays all utility service charges and ensures that the common area is not disrupted by lack of utility supply
